2. Product Descriptions and Handmade Variations

Our products are crafted by hand, which means each item is unique. Slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur, adding to the character of each piece. We strive to provide accurate photos and descriptions, but please expect some individuality in each item.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are welcome! For custom items, production times and pricing may vary. Once a custom order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT (unless otherwise specified). Prices do not include shipping fees, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Credit Card, PayPal, iDEAL

4. Orders and Confirmation

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the item(s) as described at the time of checkout. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the craft items and whether they are custom-made.

Standard Shipping: Delivery Timeframe, e.g., 3-5 business days within the Netherlands

Custom Orders: Additional time may be required for custom-made items, and estimated delivery times will be provided when placing your order.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, per EU consumer law.

Return Conditions:

- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

- Custom-made items are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Process:

1. Contact us at ambrepourcelot@hotmail.com to initiate a return.

2. Ship the item(s) to: Studio Popopo Ambre Pourcelot Kastanjelaan 400, 5616 LZ Eindhoven.

3. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

7. Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our handmade items. If there are issues due to craftsmanship defects, please contact us within 6 months of purchase, and we will arrange for a repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper handling, or damage from misuse.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ambre Pourcelot shop is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
